Who Is In My Tree
I am trying to discover who is hiding in my family tree. When I find someone, I will share what I know in case that person is in your tree, too. Then if we work together we can learn more and involve more of our extended family in the search. And when we get tired we can sit in the shade of our trees and visit with a cold lemonade.

Welcome
I plan to store pictures and histories from the different branches of my family tree on this blog. My hope is that distant relatives will stumble across my blog and find pictures they never knew existed or learn something new about an ancestor. I would be thrilled if they would, in turn, share with me. I love collecting pictures of relatives and identifying who is in those pictures.
My grandmother Inez Harrison Rasmussen had two boxes of old pictures and postcards that my cousin Brent Collett has scanned. So many of the people weren't identified. I have been trying to identify as many of these people as I can and I've met with quite a bit of success. People have shared pictures with me that have been partially or completely labeled that have helped me with my pictures. My collection is growing, as is my love of my ancestors. I love reading their stories and seeing them in pictures.
So if you happen upon this blog, let me say, "Welcome." If we are related through a common ancestor, please leave a comment or email me: cheya@ubtanet.com. I would love to hear from you.
Some of my ancestors are Mads Peter Rasmussen, Richard George Harrison, Jonathan Oldham Duke, George Thompson, Ole Petersen, James Peter Hansen.
